Genestealer Cults units

Ordo Xenos Ghosar Quintus Files — The Four-Armed Emperor & Ascension Day

A Genestealer Cult begins with a single Purestrain Genestealer slipping aboard a void-freighter or space hulk and reaching a populated Imperial world. Instead of tearing its victims apart, the Genestealer uses its hypnotic 'Genestealer's Kiss'—piercing the victim's tongue or torso with an ovipositor that rewrites their germ-line DNA and floods their brain with endorphin-laced devotion. When these infected hosts ('Contagii') marry and have children, their firstborn is a grotesque 1st-Generation Acolyte Hybrid—whom the parents perceive through psychic 'Broodmind' hypnosis as a blessed, angelic infant.

Across four generations, the Hybrids look progressively more human until 4th-Generation 'Neophytes' can infiltrate PDF regiments and planetary parliaments—whose firstborn children are once again Purestrain Genestealers. On 'Ascension Day', the cult rises to seize the planet for the 'Star Children'—only to have their psychic Broodmind snapped the moment the Tyranid Hive Fleet enters orbit, realizing in sheer horror as they fall into the reclamation pools that their gods have come only to eat them.

Sub-Factions, Secret Orders & Classified Relics

• Cult of the Four-Armed Emperor (Ghosar Quintus) — The archetype mining-dynasty cult discovered by Inquisitor Chaegryn before he was infected himself.
• The Twisted Helix (Vejovium III) — A terrifying medical-industrial cult that spreads not through the Genestealer's Kiss, but by spiking exported Imperial medicae vaccines and rejuvenat serums with refined Genestealer genetic fluid.
• The Pauper Princes, Bladed Cog & Hivecult — Major multi-system cults infiltrating Mechanicus forge worlds, Astra Militarum regiments, and Imperial shrines.
