Lore & origins

Among the hierarchy of an Ork Waaagh!, size, wealth in teef, and sheer violent arrogance determine who rules. When a battle-scarred Nob grows rich enough—and survives enough head-wounds—he pays a Mekboy and a Painboy a sack of teef to weld him inside a suit of Mega Armour. Powered by belching diesel-promethium boilers and hydraulic pistons salvaged from Imperial dreadnoughts or battle tanks, Meganobz waddle into the thickest fighting like walking scrap-metal safes, laughing as bolter shells ping harmlessly off their hazard-striped iron plates.

Appearance & wargear

Massive green-skinned Orks encased in boxy, riveted iron-and-yellow-hazard-striped exoskeletons topped with horned iron jaw-plates, wielding twin buzzing Killsaws or a Power Klaw and twin-linked Kustom Shoota.

Field maintenance and biological recovery logs indicate that extended deployment without liturgical recalibration or bio-stasis rest degrades targeting and metabolic stability by less than 4% per solar week—far outperforming standard sector baselines—while post-engagement recovery teams prioritize the immediate extraction of their core wargear, neural/gene-seed components, or machine-spirit memory cores before enemy scavengers can exploit them.
